Title: FIAT FIRE 1.2 16V - 1.4 16V head mod

Odavno samo spoznali da na blok 1.1 FIRE moze se postavi glava s iste poriodice motora.

Ako zelite ici u klase do 1150 potrazite glave s Fire motora poridica SOHC 16V.
Postavite tu glavu s klipovima iz 16V motora u blok FIRE 1.1

Ako zelite jos vise KS potrazite glave koje imaju vece ventile.

Laka kategorija konverzije, tuninga. Za vrlo ozbiljne performanse potrebno je imati glave s vecim precnicima ventila i nesto vece mogucnosti na prosirivanju kanala usisa i ispuha.

Uz tu konverziju bi bilo dobro zamjeniti i klipnjače jer su same po sebi lakše na 16V.

Druga stvar,što s podizačima ukoliko se ide na veće okretaje?
Konverzija ili?

mehanicki sistem....i sistem s plocicom je laksi od hidropodizaca,znaci casica ,tablete,mada trpe i hidro,ali opet.....visis stalno na qm tak da znas i sam

Koliko visoki okretjai hidro moze do 9000 bez problema ali trbaju drugi hidro podizaci.. 
Seriski mogu podrzati provjereno 7600 ako su ok i dobra pumap ulja tj osigurna dobava ulja.
Dalje nisam testirao--- vjerujem da mogu jos i vise.

seriski se mogu prepravi u mahanicke ali to nije SRECA! moze biti kasnije velikih problema.
Salice od catcams su lakse od hidro prerade i nadasve svojim dizajnom SIGURNE. Ne  uzrokuju kasnije kvar na motoru.

Postoje glave s vecim ventilima.

Koji kod motora i tocno gde se moze pronaci glava s vecim ventlima.

Be care, FIRE 1.2 MPI is a 8V engine. 1242cc same as 16V!
8V ~ 75hp (normal Punto), 16V ~ 86hp (Punto Sporting, Lancia Y), 1.4 16V ~ 100hp (Panda 100hp etc. -> base for 1.4 16V T-JET).
Camshafts are other between 1.2 16V and 1.4 16V, timings I will send you. I think it was 220° and 232° or something around.

According to the words of Dr. maljka and rough calculations 1.2 16V head is already available power from 3500-9000 without porting. - amazing

Look at standard torque and power, it's amazing what this engine can when you have seen the channels. Every FIRE 1.0 with 45hp has bigger channels! But it's a 16V ;)
Camdata's will follow at week end! PC Software of a friend's workshop had this facts.

Most of the FIRE engines have very mild or should i say weak camshafts,but yet again good results from the engine,especially if you consider it is a free running engine.

1.2 16V was also available in Bravo/Brava.

Cam timing for Punto Sporting MK1 16V according to some data sheet should be

224° inlet
212° outlet

Dunno about lift specs though.

Zeljko da te ispravim, nisam rekao da je glava u std izvedbi (kanali) sposobna za pik na 8000rpm (na kvadraturi bloka 1.2 16v), nego da su ventili dovoljni za max pik na 8000rpm (znaci ako se izracuna komplet kanal za 8000 pik, da ce ventili u postotku pratiti taj kanal do te granice)(ali to je max, na granici zasicenosti), sto bi bilo dovoljno za raspon od 4000-9000rpm, te da izmijeris nauzi dio kanala u glavi!

crazy is doing any old engine as the A112 when the 1.2 16V (serial) you have performance to spare.

mea culpa.\
16V glava s vecim ventila ne postoji, najvjerojatnije iz razloga sto ventili koje sam naveo koriste novi 8V fire motor.. stabljika ventila 5mm. Provjereno
Imamo glavu 1.2 16V i ona se da dobro portati. nema potrbe mjenjati ventile, naravno to prakticki fizicki nije moguce. eventualno mogu nesto veci ispusni ali nema potreba za tavom  inevesticijom koja nece donijte nista spektakularno.

Recept je doabr odabir bregaste i portanje po njoj itd.

na toj kvadaraturi motora, uz male izmjene oblika pocekta kanala, i korekcija tvornickog odljevka, kanali u std izvedbi su dovoljni za raspon okretaja do 7800rpm, iako kanali izgledaju sicusno, kvadratura je mala pa kalkulacija pokazuje tako! neznam koliko ima mesa sa strane ali jako malim pomakom, mogu napraviti raspon do 9000rpm da jos uvjek ventil prati! ali ako hocu na do 10000rpm, usisni ventil mora ici veci, morat cu izmijeriti dali stane veci! Zanimljiva glava!

koji je omjer klipnjaca hod?

Dakle

hod radilice 1,1 sohc 71,5mm provrt 70mm
hod radilice 1,2 dohc 78,8mm provrt 70,5mm

duzina klipnjace centar centar od 1.1 sohc motora 112mm  
duzina klipnjace centar centar od 1.2 dohc motora 128mm

Dakle kombinacija moze samo glava dohc na blok 1.1 sohc.
Drugo samo uz ozbiljne intervencije.

da bi se motor 1.2 pretvorio u 1.1 potrebno je kupiti nove klipnjace za 6mm duze sto daje mnogo bolje performanse na visim okretajima.

performanse 1.1 dohc koverzije su brutalen u niskim okretajima dok na visim su katastrifalne.

dakle 1.1 ima odnos 1.56:1
1.2 ima nesto povolniji odnos 1.62 za vise okrretaje.

Modofikacije bloka 1.1 sohc 7+1 rupa
Potrebno probusiti 7 novih rupa za vodu + jedna modificiran za podmazivivanje - ulje za glavu.

Inlet 2°/42° -> 224°
Outlet 34°/2° -> 216°

Lift 84 mm
Bore 72 mm

Rods same as 1.2 16V has.

1.2 16V Lancia Y engine:
Inlet 2°/42° -> 224°
Outlet 26°/6° -> 212°

Lift 78,86 mm
Bore 70,80 mm

Los izbor ali Najjeftinija konverzija mjenjanje zapremine iz 1.2l u 1.1l je ubacivanje kosuljica - manji promjer klipa.

Najkvalitenija konverzija je zamjena radilice od 1.1l i duza klipnjaca i puno bolje karakteristike u srednjim i visim okretajima.

Klipnjace custom za 1.2 16V  H profil 350 e set

evo da se i ja oglasim ovdje
zbog niza okolnosti sam bio primoran sloziti 1.1 16v fire motor..klasa mi je do 1150!
vozim OSV u BIH gdje je klasa 1 do 1150ccm
proucavajuci malo forume...malo korisne informacije..uz Zeljkove savjete..krenuo sam u taj famozni projekat fire 1.1 16v
evo auto radi..pali..vozi..funkcionira..sve normalno!!bilo je jako puno prepravki..mozganja..razmisljanja..probavanja...mjerenja..ali je uspjelo!!
auto je jako zivahan..vrti se linearno do nekih 7500rpm
uz pomoc tokara..glodara..cnc stroja..autodate sam sebi olaksao stvar!!
hvala barbi na savjetima..hvala Maljku na savjetima oko glave!!!nisam imao vremena da mu posaljem glavu
sad mi samo fali jedan dobar usis 4 letpira i da neki SA ECU to sve dirigira!!
predstaviti cu auto u projektima cim naucim staviti slike na forum!!
