Imate li iskustva s ovim?







Stavljanje keramičkog sloja (cca 1mm) na glavu i klipove - dosta smanjuje učinak topline

pa bolje je da se temperatura prenosi sa glave na blok i obrnuto, bolje se hladi

Ovo je interesantno samo me zanima kako se ponaša keramika sa aluminijem pošto aluminij ipak ima veću toplinsku dilataciju,a i glava je relativno velike površine pa me čudi da to ne pukne prilikom stezanja !?

Ne kužin ovo zadnje, jel to to?

Na volvo forumu baš piše cheramic coating, i to baš na 1.7 turbo motorima (glava i klipovi) - debelo 1mm.

vec dugo su te slike na volvovom forumu samo ono gore je ren. glava, od volva je malo drukcija...

Stvarno, dali netko zna sto vise o tom nanosenju keramike...
prednosti, mane, odnos ulozenog i dobivenog....
    .....jer svi koji se reklamiraju da to rade pisu da nema nista bolje od tog i da oni to rade najbolje..

        Ovaj koristi coating koja koristi NASA...

 Jedan koji je radio taj coating za 13B rotary engine, za cijeli motor je platio preko 2500$ ...

U Americi i UK ovo je normalna stvar i ima dosta ljudi koji se bave ceramic coatingom,ali u nas i okolo ne znam nikoga.

Koliko ja znan razlika je samo šta je kod turbaka ventil 1mm širi...

Btw, ovoga stvarno nema u nas?
