The company specialises in the design and manufacture of high technology self-lubricating plain bearings for aerospace and industrial applications.
AMPEP bearings are used extensively in fixed wing aircraft and helicopter airframe and flight control systems. In general industry, AMPEP self-lubricating bearings are used in a wide range of applications particularly on advanced mass transit systems, high performance cars, fighting vehicles, marine equipment, valves and power generation equipment.
The company offers a free design service to its customers to meet specific applications. This work is confidential and design advice is given without prejudice. To ensure all design features are fulfilled the customer is always considered to be the design authority.
