    * 8ch ignition coil drivers or external 'smart coil' drivers
    * Electronic throttle control inputs and actuator output
    * 4ch Lambda sensors inputs and heater outputs
    * 4ch Digital Signal Processor (DSP) knock detection inputs
    * Inductive or Hall effect inputs for cam and crank sensors
    * 4ch variable valve phaser inputs and outputs
    * 16ch analog inputs for air temp, fuel pressure, battery voltage, etc.
    * 8ch output for fan speed, fuel pumps, air bypass, MIL lamp, etc.
    * 2 ch transmission shaft speed inputs
    * Torque converter, gear select and clutch lockup for transmission
    * 2ch high speed Controller Area Network (CAN) buses

The BigStuff3 GEN3 PRO SEFI system is the first programmable “powertrain” control module for “today’s” SEFI, Coil-on-Plug (COP) engines and electronic controlled transmissions. The GEN3 PRO SEFI system offers many unique features that sets it apart from the competition. Features such as dual “Wide Band Oxygen” (WB02) air/fuel ratio control, individual cylinder & spark compensation and onboard data acquisition are just the beginning! The dual WBO2 functionality eliminates “left and right bank” base engine and transient fuel calibration guess work by providing accurate and consistent air/fuel ratio control (9.5:1 to 15.9:1). The individual cylinder fuel and spark compensation allows intake manifold inefficiencies to be “calibrated out”. The on-board data acquisition feature allows selected powertrain  anagement variables to be recorded in real-time as fast as 50 times a second, with 10-bit resolution, for up to 5.5 minutes. Once recorded, the data can be analyzed off-line with the BigComm software. These features, along with many others, make the GEN3 PRO SEFI system “the most”  echnologically advanced, cost effective SEFI powertrain management system on the market.

–  Sequential fuel control for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 cylinders

–  Capable of driving 16 low impedance injectors – Staged!

–  Dual wide band O2 sensors for individual bank, closed loop fuel control

–  128k RAM for internal data logging – 40 user selectable channels, 10bit resolution, 50Hz acquisition rate

–  Capable of driving smart and dumb Coil On Plug (COP) ignitions with stock sensors (LS1, Mod 4.6L) with current feedback and tach output

–  Individual cylinder fuel and timing control

–  Injector phasing, at the start or end of injection event

-  Programmable “peak and hold” injectors drivers with current chopping

–  Software configurable ignition interface (GM HEI, Ford TFI, LT1, V6 DIS, IPU)

–  GM or Ford IAC control

–  Controls GM 4L80E/4L60E transmission (optional)

–  Additional data logging capabilities:

– Fuel pressure – A/C on – Turbo shaft RPM

– Drive shaft RPM – Input shaft RPM – MPH

– Clutch or trans brake input – Brake pedal – TCC % Slip

–  Auxiliary control of:

– Fuel Pump – 2 spare high side & low side outputs

– Torque converter clutch – 1 spare PWM high side & low side output

– 2 or 3 stage boost control – Reverse lockout

– Fan low – Fan high

–  Configurable Load & RPM axis to enable optimization in desired range

–  Improved EMI algorithms

–  True Speed-Density algorithm allows for easier tuning

–  Closed loop PID WBO2 heater control to insure accurate AFR control

–  Self learning capabilities

–  Improved transient fueling algorithms

–  1, 2, 3 & 5 BAR MAP sensor compatible

–  Seamless decel fuel cut-off

BigStuff3 is a Southeast Michigan based company focused on the design, manufacture and marketing of state-of-the-art electronic engine and power train controllers for the performance aftermarket. John, Leo and Joe Meaney founded BigStuff3 and its parent company, Meaney Brothers, Incorporated, in 2003. Two of the three brothers are degreed engineers with a combined twenty-one (21) years of experience in electronic fuel and spark controllers. John Meaney has often been referred to as the grandfather of the aftermarket fuel injection industry. John’s influence in this industry is easily recognized by the companies he has started and the products he has designed in the last 15 years. Bigstuff3 is the culmination of these many efforts and years of experience. The best example of this is Bigstuff’s GEN1 and GEN3 powertrain controllers. In the short time it has been available, our GEN1 system is a definite upgrade to any comparably priced system on the market. The GEN3 system will soon become the industry standard for true performance. It is unique to the marketplace in that it is not only capable of controlling the engine’s fuel and spark (coil on plug!!) requirements, but the automatic transmission (currently only the GM tranny’s) as well. That’s right, a complete powertrain controller!! Add the following additional capabilities, and the bar has just been raised in a “Big” way. That’s what BigStuff is all about. Sequential fuel control for up to 16 cylinders Individual cylinder fuel and spark control Smart and dumb Coil-on-Plug capable Injector phasing, at the start and end of injection events Configurable Load & RPM axes Self learning You want proof we are for real? BigStuff3’s GEN3 system recently made 1,150hp on a stock block, Precision Turbo based turbo charged LS1 engine, using the stock ignition coils! Feature-for-feature, the GEN3 system is currently the lowest priced system on the market. BigStuff3 has also recently released its “BigLog” air/fuel ratio meter with on board data logger logging capabilities! The BigLog meter is a must-have for engine tuners and folks with carbureted engines alike. For more details on BigStuff3’s products,
