Nova generacija RR regulatora goriva za EFI TURBO sisteme.


NOVA GENERACIJA RR REGULATORA GORIVA

A= Regulator normalni s jednom mebranom

B= Progresivni Regulator s dvije memebrane

C= Progresivni Regulator s dvije membrane H.R. (High Rate).


Preporucena druga adekvatana pumpa benzina s viestruko vecim kapacitetom protoka.

npr. do - 8 Bar

Jos nisi naucio neke stvari...

Za sve EFI sistemime kao sto je megashit plocica , autronic, IAW, etc ne trebaju takve regulatore prtiska...

Ako vidis na nekom turbo motoru koji koristi profi EFI a ima postavljen  2:1 RR u sistemu govori mnogo o onome koji se proziva tjunerom...
na brdu ih cak ima. a to je tuzno... naravno spekuliraju o drugima a moze im se to jako obiti o glavu...

sad mi opet nije nishta jasno!!!!!


rekao si mi da ako imam tlak na injektorima 3 bara na leru i 3 bara na boostu od 1.7 bara, da gorivo nije dovoljno atomizirano i da mi treba regulator koji che mi dignuti tlak na npr 5 bara na boostu, i to je onda oko 3 bara tlak pod kojim gorivo prolazi kroz injektore usprkos tlaku u usisnoj grani


eto, zato mi sad nishta nije jasno obican

Da li ovdje uopce tko zna zasto se koristi korektor pritiska preko membranskog korektora pritiska goriva?
koja mu je glavna zadaca?

ja mislim da se koristi zato da se ne deshava atomiziranje goriva u odnosu na voost.

kad je na injektoru 3 bara konstanta ovaj tlak (od npr. 1.7 bara)  iz usisne grane ne dozvoljava da injektori guraju gorivo kroz injektor na ti3 3 bara nego mu stvaraju prepreku i tih 3 bara na injektoru nemozhe progurati dovoljnu kolichinu goriva a i gorivo nije rasprsheno upravo radi toga shto nije gorivo na 3 bara tlaka

zato sluzhi takav regulator, da iskompenzira tlak goriva u odnosu na boost.

jel ta moja teorija tochna?

ja mislim da je ali radi chu prihvatiti savjet ako nije Tongue

Preciznije tocnija tvrdnja.. premad ima toga jos..
da li mozemo cuti nesto i od drugih intelektualnih licnosti?
osim ovoga:

 Da iskompenzira kolicinu goriva u odnosu na boost.

nemozhe spasit... ali mogu barem staviti neki dobar koji neche i na boostu i na leru imati isti tlak...

Istina, još samo da i tebi u glavu ugrade neki regulator koji ti ne da da odvrneš turbinu do kraja :smiley_abuv:

NEW REGULATOR H.R. FOR INJECTION
A = normal to a membrane regulator (Ref: 298 - 374 - ........)

B = progressive controller to two membranes (Ref: 372 - 384 - ...)

C = Controller progressive two membranes (3 layers, thickness 1.2 mm) the new HR model (High Rate).
Supplied with threaded unions 1 / 8 "NPT hose with a diameter of 8mm or 10mm (please specify)

MODEL 384 HR
Test fluid: SHELL EDM2
Pump: Walbro electric model from 7101 to 12 Volts - 8 Bar
Any type of controller Rising Rate can be supplied in HR (specify 372HR - 388HR - 384HR etc..)
